No Dem Left Behind was founded by Hassan Martini, Executive Director, in 2018. Every Democrat deserves a political home, especially those committed to progressive values and real change.

Before our rebrand, following the 2024 election, our focus shifted significantly to rural America, where we aimed to connect with communities that often overlooked Democratic voices. That work isn’t over, but we’re no longer “blue no matter who.”

That means standing for workers’ rights, accessible healthcare, affordable housing, economic justice, reproductive freedom, immigration reform, climate, and environmental justice. We're pro-peace, calling for immediate ceasefires and negotiated solutions in places like Gaza and Ukraine. Endless war is not a solution, and we reject it as a foreign policy tool.

That being said, we understand that national politics can sometimes feel out of touch, but the truth is, people still care about Democratic values.

Progressive populism is taking over the Democratic Party, and we’re proud to be leading the charge. That’s why we need each other now more than ever, because in this movement, there really is No Dem Left Behind.
